Art symbolizing Megan and Steve’s wedding commitment.

Backstory: Syenite and amphibole rock found in the intertidal zone of Hot Springs Island of Haida Gwaii, Queen Charlotte Islands, British Columbia.   Whit Magro of Stronghold Fabrication collaborated on the design and fabricated the setting.  It is made of copper, for its significance to the Haida People - indigenous to Haida Gwaii – and repurposed steel from Pacific Steel and Recycling. I can only imagine the places it has seen.

Megan and Steve will be married in August here in Bozeman. They are planning a ceremony on Peet’s Hill followed by a bike parade to the reception at Beale Park Art Center. How cool is that?
